We usually create a technical backup every day around 05:00. However, customers remain responsible for keeping their own backups of important data. Our backups are an additional safety measure and do not replace customer-side backups.
Orders are manually reviewed after payment has been received and then activated. Provisioning usually takes 1–24 hours, depending on product, configuration and availability.
For questions about orders, setup or ongoing operation, Xeno Development provides support through the listed contact channels. Critical issues are reviewed with priority.
Our hosting services are intended for regular websites, Minecraft servers, community projects and legal applications. Abuse, spam, attacks, illegal content or unlawful usage are not allowed.
