What does SaaS or managed mean?
With a managed bot, the private customer project runs on Xeno Development servers. Hosting, maintenance, updates, technical management, and support are part of the ongoing monthly service depending on the package.
Dashboard and modules
Managed bots appear in the customer portal once they are configured and approved. Customers can manage only safe and permitted functions there.

Benefits and limits
The managed model reduces technical effort for customers and provides ongoing support. At the same time, internal infrastructure, tokens, and security-critical settings remain with Xeno Development.
The exact scope depends on the package and agreement. Not every module or custom development is automatically included.
Private customer project
Every managed bot is an individually planned private customer project, not an unchanged mass-market product.
Custom extensions can be added after technical review.
Cancellation and overdue payments
After cancellation, the ongoing service ends at the agreed time. If monthly invoices remain unpaid, services may be restricted, paused, or terminated. Details depend on the contract and applicable terms.
An ongoing service cannot automatically continue indefinitely without active payment.
