What is a Discord bot?
A Discord bot automates tasks and adds features such as moderation, tickets, roles, welcomes, logging, or custom workflows to a server.
Every bot is unique
At Xeno Development, customer bots are planned around the specific server. Features, copy, role logic, and controls can be combined individually and extended later.
We do not deliver identical standard bots unchanged to every customer.
Private, managed/SaaS, or buyout
Managed bots run on Xeno Development systems and receive ongoing support. Buyout bots are built once and handed over. The selected model determines operation, portal access, and included management.
Editable settings
- Enable or disable approved modules
- Adjust text, embed content, channel IDs, and role IDs
- No editing of tokens, internal IDs, or server credentials
Protect the bot token
A bot token is a sensitive access key and must never be shared publicly, shown in screenshots, or stored in insecure files. If a leak is suspected, the token should be regenerated immediately.
Xeno Development does not expose bot tokens as editable settings in the customer portal.
