What is the customer portal?
The customer portal brings customer-related information together in a protected area. Access uses the configured customer account with email and the intended login credentials.
What can I see there?
- Orders, project status, and invoices
- Tickets and support history
- Managed bots and approved settings
- Hosting products, Minecraft servers, and VPS products where assigned
Which settings are editable?
Only functions safely approved for the relevant product can be edited. These may include modules, text, embed content, channel IDs, or role IDs.
Tokens, internal IDs, server credentials, and other sensitive data remain protected.
Why is my buyout bot not visible?
After handover, buyout bots are not maintained as manageable managed bots. Invoices or project information may still appear in the portal.
Customer data separation
Customers can only see data assigned to their own account. Access rules and server-side checks protect separation between customer areas.
